These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Teraleads’ website, services, and the Zoie AI platform. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of services
You may use our services only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Engagements & billing
Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are described in your separate Statement of Work or order form. Unless otherwise stated, fees are billed monthly and due upon receipt.
Intellectual property
We retain ownership of our methodologies, software, and the Zoie AI platform. You retain ownership of your brand assets and content. Deliverables we create for your practice are licensed to you for ongoing use.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information and to use it only as necessary to perform the services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
